Our potential clientele ranges from oil companies to educational institutions that need our complete attention on security measures.

  • All connections on the public and internal networks are done over SSL encryption.
  • For file storage, we use Amazon S3 servers, which have a very high level of security.
  • Our password policy is designed to enhance security by encouraging users to employ strong passwords and use them properly. Password policy is part of our organization’s official regulations.
  • GDPR compliance is part of our privacy policy.

Papka is primarily a fully hosted cloud-based HSE Management System.

In addition to the main instance of our software (multi-tenant), we can offer an enterprise-level product of a cloud-based white-label instance (single-tenant) hosted in a separate subdomain. This will replace Papka’s branding with your (or your client’s) name everywhere in the system from login to e-mail notifications. e.g. htpps://yourcompany.papka.io instead of https://app.papka.io

Papka is one the most user-friendly HSE Management Systems in the world while being also one of the most affordable. Freelancers and individuals may use the system for FREE. We don’t charge single users and we have no hidden fees. As the system is web-based, there’s also nothing to install or maintain from our customers’ side.

No, since we were sure that the majority of the operations undertaken in Papka are carried out in an office environment behind the computer we prioritized finalizing the desktop version first. Meanwhile, the mobile version is one of the highly prioritized actions in our roadmap.

Having said that, the Observations may still be reported from Mobile phones here.
